In this episode I am joined by Helen Scott MBE (Scottie), a former Paralympic and World Champion as a tandem pilot, and now Great Britain Cycling Team Podium Potential Sprint Coach.

Scottie talks us through her journey from rider to coach, and gives us an insight into how she approaches her coaching and the way in which she builds a world class team environment for riders to thrive in.
